Tracie Nalley APRN, FNP-BC

I was a nurse for over 18 years before receiving my master's in nursing at Chamberlain University. I immediately started working as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Working in many different settings in healthcare, I witnessed how the mind can be ignored in medical care. This ignorance led me to pursue a career in mental health.

My focus is on the treatment of mood disorders, trauma, psychotic disorders, and chronic mental illnesses for adolescents and adult patients. I believe in producing an individualized plan of care that values the patient. I incorporate evidence-based research along with my knowledge.

In addition to mental health , I also provide Primary Care Services.

I am currently enrolled in a post master’s psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner certificate program at Chamberlain University. My goal is to further my knowledge to help me provide patients with the proper mental health services. My patients can feel supported in a stigma free environment.

When I am not providing care for my patients, I enjoy spending time with my family. I enjoy traveling and listening to all genres of music.

I am accepting new patients in our Waterbury  office and via telehealth.
