Regional Manager
Elba-Enid brings more than fifteen years of healthcare leadership experience to WCT, with a focus on making sure the operational side of care—the scheduling, coordination, and follow-through—works as well as the clinical side does. She has spent her career helping healthcare organizations run more smoothly so that patients feel supported at every step, not just during their appointments.
Elba-Enid believes real change happens when strategy, culture, and day-to-day operations are actually talking to one another. Her approach starts with listening: understanding where the friction is, then building solutions that bring greater consistency and connection across teams.
At WCT, she is focused on strengthening the systems behind the scenes so that care remains accessible, coordinated, and centered on the people we serve. For Elba-Enid, good leadership shows up in how people experience their care.
Outside of work, she is usually running, reading, or spending time with her family.
