As a licensed professional, my credentials include a Masters's degree in Professional Counseling from Post University, a double major Bachelor of Arts degree in both Sociology and Psychology, and an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice.
I am a bilingual, goal-oriented professional who aims to personalize each and every one of my client’s therapeutic experiences. Thus far, I have collaborated with a wide range of clientele of all ages and am comfortable working in a variety of settings including outpatient therapy, in-home services, mobile crisis intervention, and many more.
I have multiple specialty areas including but not limited to: abuse, addiction, codependency, trauma, behavioral needs, and co-occurring disorders. I utilize treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused, solution-focused brief therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing. In addition, I have also trained as a circle of security facilitators in both Spanish and English. As an outpatient counselor, my main focus is to utilize all my training and professional experience to provide you with safe opportunities to discover your strengths in a way that’s personal and effective to you and your needs.
