WCT Behavioral Health provides mental health care for people at every stage of life — from young children to older adults. Our licensed therapists and psychiatric nurse practitioners serve individuals, couples, and families across Connecticut, with in-person appointments at 7 locations and telehealth available statewide.

A Supportive Hug

Adults

Whether you're managing depression, anxiety, PTSD, a major life transition, or simply feel stuck — our therapists offer individualized, evidence-based care to help you move forward.

Medical Consultation

Children & Adolescents/Teens

We provide compassionate, age-appropriate mental health support for kids and teens navigating anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, trauma, depression, and family conflict. Our clinicians use approaches like Play Therapy, TF-CBT, and DBT to meet younger clients where they are.

Couples

Relationships take work. WCT's therapists help couples and families improve communication, rebuild trust, resolve conflict, and support one another through difficult times.

Group therapy

New & Expectant Mothers

Pregnancy and new parenthood can bring unexpected emotional challenges. We offer individual therapy and group support for postpartum depression, prenatal anxiety, and the transition into motherhood.

First Responders

WCT provides confidential, specialized therapy for first responders dealing with PTSD, burnout, moral injury, and the psychological weight of the job.
