Medication Management
WCT's licensed psychiatric nurse practitioners evaluate, prescribe, and monitor medications for a wide range of conditions. Medication management can be combined with therapy for integrated, coordinated care — all under one roof. We also offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) with Suboxone for clients managing opioid use disorder.

Behavior Management
Teaching specific behavior skills to help address a variety of disruptive behavior problems.

Group Therapy
Different groups including , Anger Management , Men’s Groups, Women’s Trauma Groups, Women’s Mindfulness Groups and Substance Use Disorder Groups

Play Therapy
A form of therapy used with children that utilizes various toys to help them tell their personal stories, while exploring their feelings.

LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy
WCT is a safe and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ clients. Our therapists provide identity-affirming care for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more.

Caregiver Support
Caring for a loved one is meaningful and demanding work. WCT offers dedicated support for caregivers managing stress, burnout, and the emotional complexity of their role.

First Responder Therapy
WCT's therapists understand the unique psychological demands faced by first responders — including PTSD, burnout, moral injury, and operational stress. We provide confidential, specialized support.

Child & Adolescent Therapy
WCT's child and teen therapists specialize in anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, trauma, depression, and family conflict. We use age-appropriate, evidence-based approaches including Play Therapy, TF-CBT, and DBT to meet younger clients where they are.

Postpartum & Prenatal Support
New and expectant mothers experiencing depression, anxiety, or the emotional weight of new parenthood receive dedicated support through individual therapy and postpartum groups.

Substance Misuse
Help those struggling with substance abuse via coaching, positive reinforcement, personalized therapy strategies, skills for coping, exercise and wellbeing.

Grief Counseling
