Jenna Gleason
LMSW
Jenna received her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Victimology from Endicott College in 2021. She went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sacred Heart University in 2024. Jenna works primarily with children, teens, and young adults. She utilizes a client-centered approach, while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), creative arts therapy, sand tray thearpy, and emotion processing techniques. She prioritizes finding solutions and developing coping skills that are realistically applied for each client’s individual needs. Jenna believes in the importance of a strong therapeutic alliance and strives to create a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment. In her free time Jenna enjoys art, writing, ceramics, baking, and going on walks with her dog, Bear.
