I have a master’s degree in Human Services Counseling and am a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor. I have over 15 years of experience working in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health field. Working together, I will help empower you to make better choices and recognize your potential.
 

I have a passion and significant experience working with those who suffer from depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, work challenges, and life transitions.
 

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy and am DBT certified.
