Chana Selevan

I'm Chana, Licensed Master Social Worker. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Touro  College and Master's in Social Work at Long Island University. 

I have been practicing as a social worker since 2012, working with children, adults, and families. I've worked in Child and Family Protective Services, schools and skilled nursing homes. My clients have presented with issues such as life transitions, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, postpartum depression and psychosis and severe mental illness. I use an eclectic approach, focusing on each person's strengths. I am here to listen with sensitivity and compassion. I look forward to getting to know you.
