
Krystina Jackson
LMSW
Krystina M. Jackson, LMSW provides psychotherapy to individuals and couples across the lifespan. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Connecticut School of Social Work in 2020, with a concentration in policy practice.

Her background in policy and community organizing, along with extensive experience working with individuals and families impacted by trauma, informs a systems-aware and relational approach to treatment.
​
She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients better understand patterns, regulate emotions, strengthen
relationships, and move toward meaningful change. Her work is both structured and depth-oriented, creating a space where clients feel supported, challenged, and understood.

She is currently accepting new clients in our Schraffts Drive Waterbury office and via Telehealth.
