Welcome! I am a firm believer in the helpfulness of being able to talk to a warm, supportive person about anything that may arise in your daily life no matter how big or small, which is why I entered this field. I have been having individual and family sessions with clients over the last two years at a behavioral health agency working on disorders such as PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Prior to that, I was a domestic/sexual violence counselor.

My expertise is working with clients with PTSD and traumatic histories, specifically abuse. I have worked with trauma survivors for over 3 years and am a certified domestic violence advocate. My specialties include infertility issues, major life changes, and families with disabled children.

I have grown a strong skill set of helping individuals and families get past obstacles that arise. I look forward to proving support to you in any way that I can and being the extra support that you need.
