Claudia brings over 32 years of comprehensive experience in the medical field, with a strong focus on medical billing, revenue cycle management, and practice operations. Over the course of her career, she has served in various roles including Medical Billing Specialist, Practice Manager, and Billing Supervisor, allowing her to develop a well-rounded expertise in healthcare administration and financial operations.

Claudia’s deep knowledge of billing procedures, coding, claims processing, and insurance regulations makes her a critical asset to the WCT team. She has a proven track record of reducing claim denials, improving reimbursement timelines, and optimizing accounts receivable workflows. Her ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies quickly and efficiently ensures that both the practice and its patients experience a smooth and accurate billing process.

She will be joining WCT as our Medical Biller and Accounts Receivable Specialist and will be working out of our Middlebury office. In this role, Claudia will oversee claim submissions, follow-ups, payment posting, and appeals, while supporting the team in maintaining a financially healthy and transparent revenue cycle.

Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Claudia is passionate about delivering high-quality support behind the scenes, so clinicians can stay focused on patient care.

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys spending her free time by the beach, listening to music, and enjoying peaceful moments with nature—her personal way of recharging and staying grounded.
