I am a strength-based and client-focused therapist; I strive to empower and provide hope in sessions. I utilize a variety of techniques and I have trained in various models of evidence-based practices, in addition to being a Certified Reiki Practitioner.

I support individuals with utilizing effective coping skills to manage anxiety, depression, stress, and more. I have extensive experience providing therapeutic treatment to adolescence, adults, couples & families in a variety of settings. I treat mental health, substance use, co-occurring disorders, behavioral issues, relational issues, poor self-esteem, difficulty with emotion regulation, anger management, issues related to transitions, and stress management.
