Welcome…to a warm and caring place where we can work together to help sort out your challenges. If you need help with anxiety, depression, grief, or career or relationship dilemmas, or if a situation is just too much to face alone right now, we can work through it. For all clients, my emphasis is on providing a judgment-free zone based on open communication. This enables us to achieve results in the areas of emotional growth, mental health, and peace of mind.
My Masters in Counseling, which led to an LPC license (Licensed Professional Counselor) was earned at Western Connecticut State University, in Danbury, CT, along with a BA in Social Sciences. I also hold an MBA degree in Organizational Development from Upper Iowa University. My own life path has included continuous learning, a career in business, and a second career in counseling, all related around the helping professions. I enjoy spending non-work time with family and friends including my grown son when he is available, with my two Australian Shepherd dogs who are known as “The Boys”, and with volunteering at a local museum.
I look forward to hearing from you and working with you.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and cooking.
