LPC

Hey there, My name is Maggie, and my furry companion is Xena.

Asking for help can be difficult for many people. It is also one of the strongest acts we can do for ourselves. It is okay to struggle, and it is okay to ask for help. At times we

need someone new to give us tools for our individual needs and we are happy to be of help!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor having graduated with my master’s degree from Central Connecticut State University, with over 5 years’ experience working in Substance-use to private practice therapy for those who may be struggling with trauma, depressive episodes, adjusting to new life experiences, panic attacks and anxiety. We will focus on grounding skills, emotional regulation skills, teaching new coping

mechanisms as well as self-care to ensure you are given a full range of skills. You will be working toward being the best version of yourself you want to be.

I work with anyone from teens to older generations who are ready and willing to work on taking back control of their mind and life.

I look forward to hearing from you and cannot wait to help you along your journey!

I am accepting new clients in the Bristol office and via telehealth!
