Sometimes people need help and support. I am here to help. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I have many years of experience working with adults and adolescents struggling with mental health such as anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, personality disorders and PTSD. In addition, I have experience working with adults that are dealing with trauma, relationship problems, domestic violence, low self-esteem, and grief and loss. I have significant experience working with adults that are diagnosed with substance misuse disorders. In addition, I have worked with children, adolescents, couples , and families
Every client is different and unique. I will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a variety of different techniques to treat, help, empower, heal, motivate, and educate.
