My goal is to treat Adult Clients with an individual, holistic approach in an effort to strive for a healthy, balanced, quality of life. I am an empathetic listener utilizing integrative treatment strategies of mindfulness, nutrition, exercise, and Alternative/Complimentary therapies; as well as, providing evaluation and assessments for medication management, which will be done with thoughtful consideration of the Client as a whole. I emphasize collaboration with the Client’s psychotherapist and treatment team in my practice.
 

I am Board Certified with ANCC certification and have a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in practice for more than 30 years. I have a background in Behavioral Medicine, Anxiety (GAD, OCD, Social Anxiety), Depression, Professional burn-out, Caregiver fatigue, Grief, peri and post-menopause, menstrual-related symptoms (PMS, PMDD), Eating Disorders, healthy aging, and Dementia/Alzheimer’s care.
