By seeking help, you are demonstrating that you have courage, strength, and hope, even if you’re not feeling that way now. In a safe and supportive environment, my approach is warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and infused with a sense of humor.

I strive to help people live through their pain and get to a place where they can love themselves and be freer to absorb love from others.I use a holistic approach, (heart, mind, body, and spirit), with a goal of integration, transformation, healing, and change. I will help you to understand patterns of thinking and behavior by cultivating awareness and acceptance.
During my twenty-five plus years of experience, I have worked with a diverse population of all ages. I have worked extensively in a multitude of clinical environments, including private practice, outpatient clinics, general and state hospital inpatient psychiatric units, emergency departments, community mental health centers, and a cancer center.

Work with adults ages 18 to elderly.
