Michelle Martinetti

Michelle joins our team with a strong and diverse background in health care and home care programs.  She has a Master of Science from Boston University and is a certified professional biller through the AAPC.  Her responsibilities include:

 

·       Collecting, posting, and managing patient account payments.

·       Submitting claims to insurance.

·       Review delinquent accounts and call for collection purposes.

·       Process payments from insurance companies.

·       Resolving claim issues with the insurance companies.

·       Insurance verification and coordination of benefit research.

·       Maintain strict confidentiality.

 

She has strong skills in analyzing problems and finding solutions in a timely and efficient manner. She works one on one with all our clients to help with any issues they may have. She is instrumental when it comes to claims review and compliance and is a great mentor to the WCT team. Her extreme diligence and attention to detail makes her a cut above the rest. Michelle keeps current on the ever-changing world of Medical Billing to ensure all the latest regulations are implemented, and all accounts are balanced and rectified.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with three children and is active in programs that support at-risk and disadvantaged youth.
